 SlovoEd seems not bad if you consider learning french words without actually hearing them since in my case SE p910i doesn't have a speech module.

 could not download My rating for this program does not accurately show what I think of this program because I was not able to completely download the install file for it. Had a similar problem with another program, only got around 7% of the install file when the download timed out. Went back to try again and got a blank screen after clicking on the download link the second time.
